Booking & Reservations
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for school holidays, Christmas/New Year, and long weekends. Our premium rooms often sell out quickly during peak periods.
Do you accept last-minute bookings?
Yes. Please book directly through our website first.
If your preferred dates show as unavailable, please email us â we may still be able to assist depending on availability and scheduling.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
We are open daily from [09.00AM] to [18.30PM].
All check-ins and check-outs must be completed during business hours, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes. To cancel or modify a reservation, simply change the dates in your confirmation email and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Cancellations made after this period may result in a fee equal to 3 nightsâ rate.
Can I upgrade my room after booking?
Upgrades may be possible depending on availability. Please contact us as early as possible if you would like to change your room type.
Can I visit the facility before booking?
Yes. Visits are by appointment only to ensure we do not disturb resident cats or compromise hygiene routines. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time.
Health & Requirements
What vaccinations are required?
Cats must be up-to-date with core vaccinations. Proof of vaccination is required prior to check-in.
What happens if my cat becomes unwell during their stay?
If your cat becomes unwell, we will contact you as soon as possible and seek veterinary care if needed.
Any veterinary fees and associated costs are the responsibility of the owner.
Do you accept kittens?
Yes, we may accept kittens depending on age, vaccination status, and overall health.
Please contact us if your kitten is under 16 weeks of age.
Do you accept senior cats or cats with medical conditions?
Yes, in many cases. We can accommodate senior cats and cats with stable medical conditions, provided we are informed in advance and suitable care arrangements are agreed upon.
Playtime & Enrichment
Will my cat get playtime every day?
Yes. We provide daily enrichment and staff interaction.
Playtime is adjusted based on each catâs temperament, health condition, and daily occupancy.
Can my cat play with other cats?
In most cases, we do not mix cats from different households.
Shared playtime may only be considered for cats from the same household, or where both owners consent and the cats pass a temperament assessment.
