Booking Process

  1. Choose Your Room Type
    Select the room that best suits your cat.
  2. Complete Two Forms
    Fill in the required booking form and your cat’s care information form.
  3. Select Your Dates
    Choose your preferred stay dates.
    If a date is unavailable, it means we’re fully booked — you’re welcome to join the waiting list.
  4. Payment & Confirmation
    Once your booking is completed and payment is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Tips Before You Come

For a Smoother Check-In


We recommend trimming your cat’s nails at home before arrival, as cats may be sensitive to nail trimming in a new environment.

What to Bring


Familiar items like blankets, beds, or toys are encouraged to help your cat settle in. Cats with special dietary or care needs may bring their own food or care items.

Drop-off and Pick-up time

To ensure a calm and smooth experience for all cats, drop-off and pick-up are available between 11:30 AM – 6:30 PM.

When our rooms are fully booked, VIP guests will receive a upgrade to a larger room, subject to availability. VIP benefits never expire and include reward points that can be used across all Wonderland services.
