Drop-off and Pick-up time

To ensure a calm and smooth experience for all cats, drop-off and pick-up are available between 11:30 AM – 6:30 PM.

When our rooms are fully booked, VIP guests will receive a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, subject to availability.
