3. Check-In and Check-Out

Guests (cats) must arrive and depart during our designated business hours. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
You must provide up-to-date vaccination records for your cat before check-in. Wonderland Cat Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to any cat that does not meet our health and safety requirements.

4. Health and Safety

All cats must be in good health and free from contagious diseases, fleas, and parasites upon arrival.
If your cat becomes ill during their stay, we will contact you or your nominated emergency contact immediately. If veterinary attention is required, we will seek care at your expense.
We will take the utmost care of your cat, but Wonderland Cat Hotel is not liable for illness, injury, escape, or death arising from pre-existing conditions or unforeseeable circumstances.

5. Memberships and Credit Packages

We offer membership and prepaid credit packages that may include special rates or perks. These are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law.
Credits or points may expire after a certain period as stated in the membership policy.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made within the timeframe stated in our cancellation policy to receive a refund or credit.
Late cancellations or “no-shows” may result in forfeiture of deposit or full payment.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
