1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed and posted to your original method of payment.


2. Returns

We accept returns for defective or damaged products within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Sale items or items purchased with a discount code will be refunded at the price actually paid after the discount.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Certain health and personal care products

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.


3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • First, check your bank account again

  • Then, contact your credit card company—refunds may take time to post

  • Next, contact your bank if necessary

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order at info@wonderlandpets.com.au.


6. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed once we receive the returned item.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.


7. Shipping for Returns

We offer nationwide shipping across Australia via trusted carriers. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and dimensions.

All drop shipments are Authority to Leave (ATL) and are not covered by shipping insurance.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
