1. Shipping Across Australia
We proudly offer nationwide shipping throughout Australia via trusted carriers. Shipping costs are calculated based on your order’s destination, weight, and dimensions.
All deliveries are Authority to Leave (ATL), which means parcels may be left at your door if no one is home. Please note that ATL shipments are not covered by shipping insurance, so we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your package whenever possible.
2. Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

Any items currently in stock will be shipped immediately.

Pre-ordered or back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
For orders containing multiple items, it’s possible you’ll receive them in separate shipments. Rest assured, all items will reach you shortly.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS (if you’ve provided a mobile number) with a tracking ID and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to appear. You can also track your package anytime on our Tracking Page.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
It’s the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We process and dispatch orders quickly, so there is only a small window to correct errors.

5. Returns
By placing an order with Wonderland Cat Hotel, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For more details on how to return items, please refer to our Refund Policy.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Wonderland Cat Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your shipping carrier directly using the information provided on the Tracking Page.
